Sitting in meditation isn’t easy, which is why I practice for 10 minutes a week. I figure start small and build up from there. I have been practicing for a few weeks now and I am becoming more aware of the different thoughts and feelings that are within me. Learning to become mindful has made me realize that I am Responsible for my happiness and that I can Choose how to think about life.
With this insight I look forward to getting to know myself better ⭐️
